During my CRM Developer internship at Dynamics Innovations Software LLC (DI), I built enterprise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using C# plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows, REST APIs, and the Dataverse security model. As a Computer Science graduate from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) with an 84.7% GPA, I combine strong algorithmic problem-solving with full-stack web and enterprise development.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Dataverse & C# Plugins
Developed a Property Rental Management System on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customizing modules for contract, unit, and invoice management. Built backend functionality using C# plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows, and REST APIs to automate contract activation, validation, and invoice generation. Applied the Dataverse security model to enforce secure role-based access.

Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO)

Developed a PSUT university timetabling system addressing Constraint Satisfaction and Multi-Objective Optimization using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO). Implemented What-If Scenarios and an analytics dashboard for simulating and comparing alternative schedules in isolated sandboxes. Developed using NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Python-based optimization components.
